Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 6+ years of relevant work experience (Medical device/Pharma etc).
• New product development experience (Preferred).
• Manufacturing experience (Desirable).

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in developing the project charter and management plan.
• Define and refine project scope with stakeholders and develop a detailed Work Breakdown Structure.
• Develop and maintain the project Gantt chart and analyze critical paths.
• Oversee the project budget to ensure costs remain within target.
• Develop and monitor project Quality Plans using key quality tools.
• Establish a risk management plan and mitigation strategies.
• Support Procurement Management planning and partner selection.
• Allocate resources, define roles and deliverables, and provide performance feedback.
• Establish and execute a communications plan for the project team and stakeholders.
• Build cross‑department relationships and maintain understanding of quality systems.
• Demonstrate emotional intelligence and navigate conflicts effectively.
• Drive results under tight timelines and take on extra responsibilities as needed.
• Influence others without direct authority to foster collaboration.
• Incorporate end-user feedback to refine scope and communicate changes clearly.
