• Manage timelines, blockers and resource allocation, coordinating with stakeholders and partners.
• Align priorities and deliverables across product, technology and business teams.
• Develop and maintain delivery plans with milestones, risks and dependencies.
• Drive improvements in delivery processes, tooling, and reporting.
• Provide concise status updates to leadership for informed decisions.
