Qualifications

• 8+ years of team management experience preferred.
• Third-level degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Share plan experience preferred but not required.
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing teams in an operational environment.
• Excellent communication, listening, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong numeric ability with a focus on data analysis, performance metrics, and operational reporting.
• Experience supporting product enhancement workstreams, system development, user acceptance testing, or client onboarding is desirable.
• Strong understanding of controls, audit requirements, regulatory obligations, and compliance-driven operating environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and support multiple operational teams effectively, ensuring priorities, responsibilities and deliverables are clear.
• Ensure customer and employee satisfaction and successful completion of operational tasks.
• Identify training needs, coordinate training activities, monitor progress.
• Coach and develop Team Leads, including succession planning.
• Support HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and employee engagement.
• Promote a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.
• Develop operational goals and contribute to overall business strategy.
• Drive initiatives to improve operational effectiveness, client service, and team performance.
• Identify bottlenecks caused by software, staffing, or process inefficiencies.
• Follow standard administration processes and minimize workarounds.
• Manage product delivery and EPM-related tasks in line with client requirements.
• Analyze operational data to produce monthly metrics and report revenue/profitability by client.
