Job summary

JPMorganChase in Ireland seeks an Implementation Manager in our Merchant Services team to guide clients through onboarding and payment-technology implementations. You will coordinate cross-functional activities, manage timelines and risks, and ensure a smooth, high-quality implementation experience from start to finish.

You will build detailed project plans with clients and internal teams, provide clear status updates to stakeholders, and escalate issues when needed while growing product

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in client-facing and/or project management roles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver on deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly to varied audiences.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with a focus on client experience and partnership.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail across documentation and project tracking.
• Sound business judgment and a results-oriented approach to problem solving.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client implementations as the primary point of contact throughout onboarding
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing priorities, timelines, and stakeholder needs
• Build and maintain detailed implementation plans in partnership with clients and internal teams
• Communicate clear project status updates, next steps, and key decisions to clients and stakeholders
• Ensure accurate completion and submission of required sales and client information documentation
• Set expectations early and maintain transparency on scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks
• Apply project management practices to drive execution, resolve issues, and remove roadblocks
• Maintain a strong controls mindset, escalating risks and issues appropriately to protect clients and the firm
• Develop product knowledge and provide guidance, enablement, and training to clients and internal partners
