Job summary

JPMorganChase in Ireland is seeking a Principal Architect to lead architecture initiatives within the Digital Workflows Product Line, driving cross‑department collaboration and delivering strategic architectural solutions. You will guide multiple teams, align with senior leadership, and champion best practices to keep the firm at the forefront of technology trends.

Qualifications

• Experience in Enterprise / Solution architecture in development and or infrastructure organizations.
• ServiceNow advanced certifications (CTA, CMA, etc.).
• Java, Database, Data Warehouse experience.
• Ability to “think big” and challenge conventional wisdom regarding technology refresh and hype
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills with business and technical groups
• Demonstrated ability to build consensus among many stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Leads multiple architecture and process implementations across departments to achieve firmwide architecture objectives
• Directly manages multiple areas with strategic transactional focus
• Provides leadership and high‑level direction to teams while frequently overseeing employee populations across multiple platforms, divisions, and lines of business
• Acts as the primary interface with senior leaders, stakeholders, and executives while driving consensus across competing objectives
• Manages multiple stakeholders, complex projects, and large cross‑product collaborations
• Champions the firm’s culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect
