Job summary

REVUP PROSERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a procurement professional to manage daily procurement activities, source suppliers, obtain quotations and process purchase orders. The role focuses on timely sourcing, supplier negotiations and documentation accuracy, supporting cost-saving initiatives.

You will coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and maintain orderly procurement records, contributing to efficient operations and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain operations.
• Experience sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations and PO processing.
• Strong negotiation, communication and vendor management abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple purchasing needs.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily procurement and purchasing activities, ensuring materials, products and services are sourced in a timely manner.
• Source and evaluate suppliers, obtain quotations and conduct price comparisons to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Prepare, process and monitor Purchase Orders (POs) and procurement documentation.
• Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, delivery schedules and purchasing terms.
• Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of required materials.
• Monitor outstanding orders, follow up on delivery status and resolve purchasing-related issues.
• Maintain accurate supplier records, purchasing documentation and procurement reports.
• Support cost-saving initiatives and improvements to procurement processes.
