Job summary

REVUP PROSERVICES PTE. LTD. in Dublin seeks an experienced procurement professional to support tender submissions, source suppliers, and manage costs.

You will coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders for timely deliveries, raise purchase orders, monitor stock, and assist the Head of Department with ad-hoc procurement and operations duties to fulfil client and project requirements. The role requires strong negotiation, supplier coordination and costing abilities, with a focus on accuracy

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in procurement or purchasing.
• Strong capabilities in sourcing, negotiation, costing and supplier coordination.

Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQ for tender and proposal submissions.
• Research and source suppliers evaluating cost, availability, quality and delivery expenses.
• Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders to arrange timely deliveries and ensure equipment meets the required quality standards.
• Partner with the Sales team to understand and fulfil client and project requirements.
• Manage procurement payments and expenses while maintaining accurate purchasing documentation and records.
• Monitor stock and inventory levels and arrange purchases when replenishment is required.
• Raise purchase orders and create new equipment item codes in the system.
• Calculate equipment costs and selling prices for procurement and sales purposes.
• Support the HOD with other ad-hoc procurement and operational duties as required.
