Johnson & Johnson in Ringaskiddy, Ireland, is seeking a PMO Specialist to join Cork Bio. Reporting to the Site PMO Lead, you will drive site-wide project intake, governance, and portfolio performance.

You will embed standardized PMO frameworks, govern milestones, and enable clear communication between requestors and the portfolio team. Proficiency with CORA, Planisware, and Power BI is valued.

Formación

• At least 3 years of relevant business experience.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional organization.
• Proficient in digital project management and collaboration tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and embed standardized PM frameworks and templates.
• Support annual strategic planning cycles and ensure portfolio alignment.
• Maintain PMO reports, identify risks, and develop mitigations.
• Coordinate financial data, forecasts, and capital review meetings.
• Act as subject matter expert for portfolio tools (CORA, Planisware, Power BI).
• Lead regular business and project reviews aligned to priorities.
• Drive maturity of PM processes and implement tool improvements.
• Prepare updates and analyses for decision-makers.
