Johnson & Johnson Cork Bio is seeking a PMO Specialist to lead the site-wide project intake and PMO processes. Reporting to the Site PMO Lead, you will uphold governance, track milestones, and ensure timely communication across the portfolio to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

You will drive standardized PMO practices, support strategic planning cycles, and provide analytics using CORA, Planisware, and Power BI to inform decision-makers and improve portfolio performance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant business experience.
• Proficient in digital project management and collaboration tools.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Develop, maintain, and embed standardized PMO frameworks, templates, and best practices across the site.
• Support strategic planning cycles and ensure portfolio alignment with goals.
• Maintain reports and metrics for key projects, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans.
• Coordinate financial data for capital and expense targets and support reviews.
