Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Cork, Ireland, is seeking a PMO Specialist to join Cork Bio. You will manage the site-wide Project Intake and PMO processes, uphold governance, and enable clear communication between requestors and the portfolio team.

Reporting to the Site PMO Lead, you will drive standardized frameworks, track milestones, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget while leveraging CORA, Planisware, and Power BI for portfolio insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (minimum) in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (a degree in Finance or Engineering is preferred)
• At least 3 years of relevant business experience
• Proficient in digital project management and collaboration tools
• Proficiency in English is required

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and embed standardized project management frameworks across the site.
• Support the annual strategic planning cycle and ensure portfolio alignment with goals.
• Maintain PMO reports, identify risks/opportunities, and develop mitigation plans.
• Coordinate capital and expense targets, forecasts, and actuals with finance support.
• Act as SME for portfolio tools (CORA, Planisware, Power BI).
• Lead regular business/project reviews aligned with priorities and planning calendars.
• Drive maturity of portfolio/project management processes and improvements.
• Prepare updates, communications, analyses, and reports for decision-makers.
