Job summary

Citco in Dublin is seeking a Project Lead in the Chief of Staff Office to execute strategic and operational initiatives. You will work closely with the AVP and VP, delivering hands-on project execution, tracking, reporting, and coordinating activities to advance priorities.

The role covers governance, PMO leadership, performance and financial management, stakeholder management, and people leadership. You will analyze data, prepare executive materials, and ensure timely delivery, with a focus on

Qualifications

Bachelor or Master level degree.
4-5 years’ experience in strategy, PMO, consulting, or business operations.
Self-starter who can demonstrate initiative and ownership.
Experience working with senior leadership and preparing executive-level materials.

Responsibilities

Assist with preparation of high-quality, decision-ready executive materials for senior leadership and governance forums.
Support strategic and operational requests, coordinate inputs and produce outputs under tight deadlines.
Summarize data to support AVP/VP analysis and decision-making.
Translate complex data into clear insights to aid informed choices.
Identify process inefficiencies, support improvements and track adoption.
Maintain governance routines and ensure timely follow-through on actions.
