Job summary

Harmonics Recruitment is seeking a Head of the Program Management Office (PMO) for a Shannon-based client. This hybrid role leads strategic programmes, governance, and portfolio delivery, partnering with senior leaders to prioritise and execute initiatives.

You will drive PMO frameworks, KPI tracking, and digital transformation efforts while engaging stakeholders across the organisation and supporting executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in program/project management in industrial, engineering, or MRO sectors.
• Experience leading PMO functions and managing teams.
• Proven track record supporting executive leadership in strategy development and execution.
• Expertise in digital transformation and/or automation projects desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of strategic programmes across the organisation.
• Define PMO frameworks and oversee the portfolio to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Track KPIs and dashboards; provide SLT updates on status, risks and actions.
• Engage with CEO and senior leaders to align strategy and prioritisation.
• Drive digital transformation and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with teams and partners; support Managing Director and CEO on changes.
