Job summary

Bentley Systems, Incorporated in Dublin, Ireland, is seeking a Program Manager to plan and manage multiple projects within a large program. You will assemble teams, allocate resources, and develop schedules to meet baselines and customer expectations.

This hybrid role requires 7+ years in senior project management, PMP/PgMP certification, and a background in architecture, engineering, construction or information management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience as Senior Project Manager on high-risk/complex programs.
• PM certification (PMP/PgMP) is required or preferred.
• Degree related to AEC, information management or computer science.
• Experience with fixed-price and T&M contracts.
• Strong business development and client engagement skills.
• Knowledge of digital engineering and transformation benefits.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage multiple projects within a large program.
• Define resources, schedules and execution plans with clear scope.
• Report status, risks and actions to stakeholders and customers.
• Ensure adherence to Bentley processes and quality standards.
• Mentor project managers and coordinate project teams.
