Job summary

The Citco Group Limited is seeking a Vice President, Chief of Staff Office to act as a strategic and operational partner to the Chief of Staff SVP. You will drive organisational effectiveness, enable senior decision-making, and ensure successful delivery of key initiatives across the business.

Operating across functions, you will coordinate strategic priorities, deliver executive insights, ensure governance, and uphold delivery discipline with leadership accountability across the organisation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in strategy, PMO, consulting, or business operations roles.
• Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional projects and initiatives.
• Experience working with senior leadership and preparing executive-level materials.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & executive support: prepare briefing packs, reports and presentations for senior leadership; shape strategic agenda and surface risks/opportunities; deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines; translate data into insights.
• Operational effectiveness & governance: design governance frameworks; act as escalation point; identify inefficiencies; drive improvements and monitor adoption.
• Project & PMO leadership: lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional projects; define scope, timelines and success metrics; manage risks and dependencies; promote PMO standards.
• Performance & financial management: budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting; provide cost-efficiency analysis; monitor headcount and workforce metrics.
• Stakeholder management & communication: build relationships across units; represent the Chief of Staff Office in executive forums; align senior leaders on priorities; coordinate inputs for timely delivery.
• People management: coach junior colleagues; uphold delivery standards; contribute to process and capability improvements.
