Job summary

Hilton Foods Ireland is seeking a People and Culture Business Partner to act as a strategic partner and change agent, building and delivering people capability in Drogheda. The role collaborates with the People & Culture Manager to drive long-term strategy aligned with business goals.

You will support data-driven initiatives, workforce planning, employee engagement, and governance of policies and procedures while championing equality, inclusion and diversity.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiar with UK Employment Law.
• Experience of developing strategies and planning.
• Experience and skill at developing systems.
• Experience handling a range of ER cases from day to day to complex.
• Strong influencing skills and relationship management at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Partner with department leaders to identify needs and translate them into people strategies.
• Deliver short and medium term strategic initiatives.
• Manage employee relations issues in line with values and risk considerations.
• Build employee engagement and strong organisational culture.
• Coach line managers on grievances, disciplinary and restructurings.
• Provide regular ER caseload updates to the People & Culture Manager.
• Review and update internal policies and communicate them to stakeholders.
