Job summary

Hilton Foods in Drogheda is seeking a strategic People and Culture Business Partner to shape the people agenda and partner with leaders across the business. You will analyse data, drive engagement, and lead change initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

You will support line managers on grievances, restructurings and policy governance while championing equality, inclusion and diversity. This role is on-site in Drogheda with standard Monday–Friday hours.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication in a professional context.
• Experience handling employee relations (ER) cases.
• Experience developing HR strategies and planning.
• Experience with HR systems and people analytics.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
• Knowledge of employment law and policy interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Department Leaders to identify needs and drive People KPIs.
• Deliver short- and medium-term strategic HR initiatives.
• Manage ER cases and advise line managers on disciplinary processes.
• Promote employee engagement and organisational culture.
• Ensure policies, procedures and handbook are current and communicated.
