Job summary

MiFinity is hiring a Payments Relationship Manager to oversee supplier relationships, drive performance, manage contracts and mitigate risks in a regulated payments environment. The role supports revenue growth across global markets and requires experience with online payments, open banking and PSP relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a university degree in commerce or business administration and 4+ years in online payments, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in Commerce/Business Admin or related experience in account management within online payments.
• Minimum 4 years in online payments; familiarity with PSPs, APMs, open banking and stablecoins.
• Strong understanding of payments flows from authorisation to settlement and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Review payments landscape to drive revenues across markets and payment rails.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and provide feedback.
• Conduct regular performance and risk reviews with suppliers.
• Identify opportunities to improve supplier services and revenue.
• Negotiate, draft, and manage supplier contracts; ensure compliance.
