MiFinity, a leading global payments provider, seeks an experienced Project Manager to join our Dublin team. You will own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional initiatives across product and operations, coordinating with Product Owners, Engineering, Compliance, IT, Dev Ops, Operations, QA, Fraud, Finance, and external partners.

A strong emphasis on regulatory readiness and go-to-market execution is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a Project Manager role.
• SAFe Agile, Scrum, PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
• Experience delivering technology-led or product-driven projects, including GTM planning and post go-live activities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of projects from initiation to go-live and post-implementation review.
• Maintain project plans, RAID logs, timelines, milestones, and resourcing.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies with mitigation plans.
• Ensure delivery aligns with business strategy, regulatory requirements, and operational readiness.
• Lead GTM planning and release management in collaboration with Product, IT, Dev, DevOps and QA.
• Support SAFe Agile delivery through planning sessions, PI planning, reviews and retrospectives.
• Provide regular status updates to senior stakeholders on progress and readiness.
• Translate BRD into detailed GTM plans and coordinate BRD/HLD as formal deliverables.
• Manage multi-workstream programs with cross-workstream dependency maps.

MiFinity seeks a Project Manager to join its team based in Dublin . Reporting to the Head of Product & Project Management , you will be responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of cross-functional initiatives across MiFinity's product and operational landscape.

You will work closely with Product Owners, Engineering, Compliance, IT , Dev Ops, Operations, QA, Fraud, Finance and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business and regulatory objectives.

Key responsibilities :

• Own the end-to-end delivery of projects from initiation through to completion, including planning, execution, go-live, and post-implementation review.
• Establish and maintain project plans and governance including RAID logs, RACI matrix, timelines, milestones, and resourcing requirements.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating with clear mitigation and recommendations where required.
• Ensure delivery aligns with business strategy, priorities, regulatory requirements and operational readiness.
• Take ownership of GTM delivery from initiation through to launch, working in partnership with Product, Operations, IT, Dev, DevOps and QA, and acting as the primary point of coordination for release management, cutover activities, and post go-live monitoring.
• Support SAFe Agile delivery by participating in planning sessions, PI planning cycles, reviews, and retrospectives while retaining overall delivery accountability.
• Provide clear and regular written status updates to senior internal stakeholders and business owners covering delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and general operational readiness.
• Translate and map out Business Requirement Documentation (BRD) into detailed GTM plans, coordinating BRD and HLD production as formal project deliverables.
• Manage delivery across multi-workstream programmes and complex, time-sensitive initiatives, maintaining cross-workstream dependency maps and ensuring parallel tracks converge at defined milestones in a fast-paced and regulated environment.
• Foster strong working relationships across teams and external vendors, promoting collaboration and transparency throughout the delivery lifecycle, while engaging positively in a constantly evolving environment and being willing to roll up your sleeves when required.
• Facilitate meetings and presentations to communicate delivery progress, risks, decisions, and go-to-market readiness with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines that are dependent on external regulatory approvals including contingency planning and stakeholder communication when approval timelines shift.
• Track and manage third-party provider and vendor contract milestones as critical path dependencies, coordinating between internal Legal, Compliance, and external counterparties.
• Ensure operational readiness for go-live includes business continuity planning (BCP), rollback and contingency procedures, and defined hypercare monitoring plans.
• Contribute to PMO governance including maintaining the project portfolio status, governance, and feeding data into senior leadership .
• Other ad hoc requests as defined by manager.

We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 years ' experience in a Project Manager role.
• SAFe Agile or Project Management certification e.g. Scrum, PMP, PRINCE2.
• Proven experience delivering technology-led or product-driven projects from initiation through to market launch, including ownership of Go-To-Market (GTM) planning, launch readiness, and post go-live activities.
• Experience working in payments, fintech, or a regulated environment would be an added advantage
• Solid understanding of SAFe Agile software processes and methodologies and/or SAFe framework.
• Experience working with cross-functional and international teams on-site and remotely, including close collaboration with Product Owners, Engineering, DevOps, IT, QA, Marketing and other key internal stakeholders.
• Strong ability to manage multiple workstreams, priorities, and dependencies in parallel.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences, including C-suite and senior leadership.
• Experience with delivery and planning tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project or similar.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance project planning, delivery, reporting, and stakeholder communication
• Structured, logical thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Hands-on approach with a strong focus on delivery, launch execution, and measurable outcomes.
• High degree of initiative, dependability, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience managing third-party fintech or API integration projects, including coordinating provider onboarding, integration design, and technical readiness reviews.
• Awareness of cryptocurrency, blockchain infrastructure, or emerging payment rails such as stablecoins or Open Banking / Payment Initiation Services (PIS) would be a distinct advantage.
