Novartis in Dublin, Ireland, is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations to shape the operating model for International Communications & Patient Advocacy. You will translate strategic priorities into scalable, governance-driven, data- and AI-enabled workflows across global and country teams.

The role requires extensive strategy/operations experience in global organisations, plus ability to design operating models, governance, and KPI dashboards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Extensive experience in strategy and operations within global organisations.
• Experience designing operating models, governance structures, and scalable processes.
• Experience translating strategy into objectives, success measures, and execution plans.
• Strong financial and resource management experience, including budget oversight and headcount planning.
• Proven ability to lead change initiatives in matrixed environments.
• Experience applying data, automation, or AI to improve workflows and decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement & continuously improve the International Comms & Patient Advocacy operating model with clear governance and scalable processes.
• Lead planning, objective-setting, and prioritization to align resources with strategic goals.
• Simplify and redesign processes to reduce complexity and inefficiencies.
• Apply data, automation, and AI to improve workflows and decision-making.
• Define and embed performance frameworks and dashboards to track impact.
• Drive financial discipline, budgets, headcount, and resource allocations.
• Lead vendor strategy and partnerships to optimize value and control spend.
• Deliver transformation initiatives and drive adoption across teams.
