Novartis Ireland Ltd in Dublin seeks a Senior Director, Portfolio Scientific Communications to set the global direction for scientific data in oncology, leading a cross-functional team across Research, Clinical Development and Medical Affairs.

You will oversee publication strategy, build a unified scientific platform, and partner with assets to ensure timely data sharing and medical content quality, with a focus on patient care and global impact.

Qualifications

Degree in life sciences or healthcare at doctoral level; relevant PhD/MD/PharmD considered.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of scientific communications associates across disease portfolio.
Drive the scientific communication strategy across Oncology to align across assets.
Build a unified scientific platform with Oncology partners for consistent messaging in medical content.
Define publication strategies and data flow linked to evidence generation for timely sharing.
Co-create early asset and pipeline communication plans with Research, Development and evidence generation teams.
Foster trusted cross-functional relationships internally and with external partners.
