Job summary

Novartis Ireland Ltd is seeking a Director of Scientific Product Delivery & Operations in Dublin. You will translate product strategy into coordinated delivery plans, govern portfolios, and drive measurable outcomes with key stakeholders, including product owners and senior leadership.

You will lead adoption, value realization, and delivery discipline across diverse teams, ensuring alignment with portfolio priorities and executive dashboards for visibility.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex tech or product portfolios across multiple teams.
• Strong delivery governance and portfolio management experience in matrix organizations.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate integrated planning for pilots, releases, and rollouts with diverse stakeholders.
• Oversee execution of pilot, release, and rollout plans with clear visibility of progress and risks.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards and portfolio reporting including cost of ownership.
