Job summary

Storm-Recruitment's Cork client seeks an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and develop the marketing function in a standalone, hands-on role reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer. You will shape strategy and deliver campaigns across retail and B2B, with strong digital skills, budget management, and stakeholder collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years' experience in Marketing Manager or similar roles.
• Experience in B2B, retail or product-focused environments.
• Strong digital marketing knowledge including SEO and content creation.
• Proven ability to build brand awareness and drive growth.
• Commercially minded with strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Capable of managing multiple projects in a standalone role.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies across retail and B2B markets.
• Create and deliver product activation campaigns to increase brand awareness.
• Drive visibility through marketing materials, content and promotions.
• Manage social media channels, content creation and analytics.
• Oversee website development and SEO optimisations (WordPress/Shopify).
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent branding.
• Monitor campaigns and provide actionable recommendations.
• Manage budgets and coordinate with agencies and vendors.
• Support development and positioning of brands and product portfolio.
