Force Ireland seeks a Director of Commercial Strategy & Marketing to own the commercial agenda across all brands and channels. Based in Dublin onsite, you will sit on the local leadership team and report to the General Manager.

You will shape strategy, lead HCP and consumer marketing, manage budgets and P&L, and drive digital, omnichannel campaigns with rigorous measurement. The role requires senior leadership experience in pharma or regulated sectors and a track record of delivering growth.

We are delighted to partner exclusively with a leading international healthcare business to hire a Director of Commercial Strategy & Marketing for its Irish operation. The role sits on the local leadership team and reports to the General Manager.

This is full ownership rather than one brand or one channel. You set the commercial strategy, run the marketing agenda and carry the P&L.

What you will own

• Commercial strategy and brand plans, with the customer, channel and investment choices behind them
• HCP marketing: segmentation, campaign architecture, messaging and integrated engagement plans
• Compliant consumer activation across digital channels, including work with online content creators
• Digital and omnichannel strategy, customer journey design and campaign measurement
• The marketing budget, with the authority to move investment between campaigns and channels
• Launch readiness and lifecycle planning for new products and indications
• The marketing team, and the agencies, media and data partners behind it
• Compliance and governance across everything the team puts in market

What you will bring

• Senior commercial or marketing leadership in pharma, healthcare, medtech or another regulated industry
• A track record in commercial strategy and integrated campaigns, with budget or P&L responsibility
• Real depth in digital marketing, omnichannel and performance measurement
• Comfort with insight, analytics and ROI based investment decisions
• Experience leading and developing teams
• A degree in marketing, business or life sciences. An MBA or master’s is an advantage
• Consumer facing marketing experience is useful but not essential
