Viatris in Ireland seeks a Strategic Development & Commercialization Lead to drive a 3-year commercialization program for a new cartridge-filling product line, spanning Operations, Quality, MS&T, and Engineering.

You will develop roadmaps, ensure GMP, data integrity, and regulatory alignment, lead cross-functional teams, manage risks, and report progress to executive steering committees as the launch advances.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related discipline; Master’s degree preferred (MBA, MSc)
• PMP or Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt)
• Proven experience leading complex multi-year programs
• 10+ years of management experience
• Experience in cross-functional, matrixed organizations
• Extensive knowledge of regulatory compliance (GMP, data integrity)
• Strong risk management and decision-making capabilities
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
• Supervisory responsibilities including interviewing, hiring and training employees

Responsabilidades

• Lead overall strategy and execution of the program from development to commercialization
• Establish and maintain a clear roadmap with regulatory and sterility compliance
• Drive delivery against milestones, timelines, and success metrics
• Lead cross-functional teams across Operations, Quality, MS&T, and Engineering
• Implement governance structures with regular reviews and reporting
• Identify and mitigate risks; assess impact on existing products
• Provide monthly progress updates to executive steering committees
• Ensure deliverables meet customer, regulatory, and business expectations
• Oversee facility and equipment modifications for new product
• Implement lean manufacturing workflows post-launch
