AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced Landowner Engagement Consultant to support planning and delivery of major infrastructure projects across Ireland. You will be the key interface between project teams and landowners, building positive relationships and securing land access agreements.

You will lead engagements with landowners, farm owners and local communities, explain project proposals, and manage risk and statutory processes throughout the project lifecycle.

Formación

• Experience engaging directly with landowners, farmers and local communities.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Strong written communication and report-writing abilities.
• Able to explain complex technical information clearly and confidently.

Responsabilidades

• Lead engagement with landowners, farmers, businesses and property owners affected by infrastructure projects.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings to explain project proposals and address concerns.
• Secure permissions/agreements to access private lands for surveys.
• Develop and maintain records of landowner interactions and project agreements.
• Identify and proactively manage landowner risks and issues.
• Support landowner engagement strategies and communications plans.
• Assist in negotiating accommodation works and mitigation with landowners.
• Support statutory processes including CPOs and easement acquisition.
• Prepare engagement reports and project updates for clients and managers.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to team growth.
