Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Community Liaison Officer to join the Stakeholder Engagement Team in Dublin to support delivery of major infrastructure projects from inception through construction.

The role involves serving as the primary contact between the project team and communities, building trust, and ensuring transparent communication across landowners, the public, businesses and elected representatives. Hybrid/hybrid remote working is available.

Qualifications

• Degree in land, planning or estate/property management.
• Experience on infrastructure projects is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Engage with landowners, public, community groups, businesses and elected representatives.
• Serve as the main contact for community queries, issues and feedback.
• Keep accurate records of engagement activities and feedback.
• Discuss project impacts with landowners and agree mitigation measures.
• Support development and delivery of project communications (letters, brochures, leaflets, display material, web content).
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure community needs are reflected.
