AtkinsRéalis Ireland Limited is seeking an experienced Landowner Engagement Consultant to support major infrastructure projects across Ireland. You will be the key interface between project teams and landowners, building positive relationships, and securing land access agreements while supporting statutory processes.

The role involves face-to-face engagement, record-keeping, risk management, and collaboration within multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in land or planning related discipline.
• Experience engaging with landowners, farmers and local communities.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written communication and reporting abilities.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly to diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead engagement with landowners and affected parties.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings to explain proposals and address concerns.
• Secure permissions to enter private lands for surveys.
• Develop and maintain records of interactions and commitments.
• Identify and manage landowner risks and issues.
• Support engagement strategies and communications plans.
• Assist in negotiating accommodation works and mitigations.
• Support statutory processes including CPOs and easements.
• Prepare engagement reports and project updates for clients.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to team growth.
