Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Ireland seeks a Stakeholder Manager to lead stakeholder engagement strategies across infrastructure, energy, utilities and environmental projects. You will coordinate engagement with statutory bodies, local authorities, elected representatives, and communities, ensuring risks are managed and opportunities realised.

You will also help grow AtkinsRéalis' stakeholder engagement offering across Ireland.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering stakeholder engagement and public consultation programmes for infrastructure, energy, transportation, utilities or environmental projects.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and build productive relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, client management and business development capabilities.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies and communication plans for major infrastructure and development projects.
• Act as a senior point of contact for clients, providing strategic stakeholder management advice.
• Lead and coordinate engagement with statutory bodies, local authorities, and elected representatives.
• Manage relationships with non-statutory stakeholders including communities, businesses and landowners.
• Monitor and manage stakeholder-related project risks and support issue resolution.
• Lead planning, coordination and delivery of public consultation programmes.
• Support project governance, reporting and programme management activities related to stakeholder engagement.
• Mentor Stakeholder Engagement Consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing and development.

Education

Degree in Project Management / Communications / Geography / Planning / Estate / Property Management
