Job summary

AtkinsRéalis Ireland Limited is seeking a Community Liaison Officer to join the Stakeholder Engagement Team, supporting major infrastructure projects from inception through construction.

You will be the main link between the project team and local communities, coordinating engagement with landowners, residents, businesses and elected representatives while producing key communications and ensuring accurate information is conveyed.

Qualifications

• Degree in a land or planning related discipline (Geography, Planning, Estate/Property Management).
• Excellent communication skills, including face-to-face meetings and written content.
• Experience with infrastructure projects is advantageous.
• Flexible approach to workload management and attention to detail in complex documents.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for community queries, issues and feedback.
• Engage with landowners to discuss project impacts and mitigation measures.
• Maintain records of engagement activities and feedback.
• Support conflict resolution and constructive dialogue among stakeholders.
• Contribute to project communications: letters, leaflets, display material and web content.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure community needs are reflected.
