Job summary

Radius Limited in Galway is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to manage and grow strategic relationships with our largest customers. You will act as the main point of contact for 200+ accounts and drive loyalty by showcasing Radius’ product suite.

Based in Galway, you will work Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:00pm, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver value and support company objectives. Competitive benefits and bonus potential offered.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in account management.
• Proven ability in strategic thinking and planning.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Full Irish/UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the account management strategic plan showing customer growth and profitability.
• Represent the company for 200+ customers.
• Identify and develop customer loyalty by introducing Radius products.
• Tailor communication/engagement methods to customer needs.
• Collaborate with the wider team to support strategic plans and objectives.
• Support other portfolios when required with the same level of excellence.
