• 12 months telesales experience in a B2B or B2C role preferred.
• Proven at winning new business and generating profitable revenue.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Fully explain features and benefits to customers.
• Generate revenue from both existing and new prospects.
• Follow up on internal and website leads.
• Provide after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Organise installations and take orders.
