Job summary

Google in Ireland seeks a Technical Program Manager for Front-End Planning and Pre-Construction to drive early-stage data center delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage seed funding approvals, and establish baselines for capacity, cost, and schedule across the region.

You will partner with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery within budget, while leading risk logs and executive reporting for ongoing programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• PE/CEng/NCARB license preferred.
• At least 5 years of technical program or project management experience.
• Experience in pre-construction and design-build for data center projects.
• Experience creating baseline schedules, resource plans, and executive status reporting.
• Ability to travel regionally up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SPOC for early-stage delivery and fund approvals.
• Direct multidisciplinary partners to ensure delivery alignment.
• Collaborate with Energy and Location Strategy on site configurations and guardrails.
• Lead campus planning with master schedules, risks, and dashboards.
• Lead delivery planning and scenario modeling with regional improvement initiatives.
