• History of hitting revenue and gross profit targets.
• Experience pitching complex talent solutions.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a designated market sector and build a dominant market presence.
• Prospect, win and grow target accounts with full commercial responsibility.
• Engage senior stakeholders and negotiate favorable terms to grow your portfolio.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless account implementation and SLA fulfillment.
• Direct client acquisition strategies and coordinate with Randstad divisions.
