Job summary

Coillte is seeking a permanent IT Project Manager to lead delivery of technical projects and workstreams within the ICT team. You will manage IT changes within agreed scope, time, cost, quality, risk and governance, and coordinate with sponsors, steering groups and contributors.

You will oversee multiple projects through full life cycles, communicating with stakeholders and ensuring outcomes meet business needs while managing budgets and vendor relations.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Information Technology and/or Business to HETAC Level 7.
• Minimum of 3+ years' experience in a similar role within a large organisation.
• PMP or Prince2 certification preferred; familiarity with waterfall, agile or hybrid delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight on multiple IT/technical projects.
• Manage projects across the full life cycle from requirements to maintenance.
• Develop scopes, objectives and detailed project plans with stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for delivery.
• Identify risks and manage changes within scope, time, cost, and quality.
• Ensure timely communication with sponsors and governance forums.
• Monitor and manage project budgets and report status to management.
• Lead project teams to align with business objectives and schedules.
