Job summary

Irish Life is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of critical business and IT projects within Advice Solutions. The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and experience with agile delivery.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement, blending office presence with remote work. You will coordinate with diverse stakeholders, maintain governance, and ensure successful transition to business-as-usual operations.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
• 4–5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager delivering business and/or IT change.
• Experience working in agile delivery environments.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to delivery.
• Proficiency with core project tools including Clarity, JIRA, MS Project, MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of key business and IT projects within Advice Solutions.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and ensure effective governance and reporting.
• Develop detailed project plans with scope, budgets, timelines, milestones, and risks.
• Maintain Clarity as the single source of truth for project data and status updates.
• Identify resources and secure allocation to meet program goals.
• Communicate status, dependencies, and risks clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
• Proactively manage risks and drive timely decision-making and momentum.
