Job summary

Johnson & Johnson invites a Manager, Interdependency Management Office (IMO) to join the Transcend program in Cork, Ireland. You will oversee end-to-end interdependencies, triage and assess scope, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive timely decisions and roadmap alignment.

You will coordinate data quality, governance, and reporting, while leveraging SAP-enabled supply chain knowledge. This role supports a global ERP transformation with impact across IM portfolios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Information Systems or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Execute the IMO end-to-end process for interdependencies and demand across IM portfolios and enterprise functions.
• Lead functional impact assessments by engaging process owners to identify affected business processes, systems, data impacts and deployment considerations.
• Maintain the Interdependency Register and accuracy of the status through closure.
• Prepare IMO scorecards and status reports for Transcend forums.
• Identify opportunities to automate intake, routing and reporting using SharePoint, Power BI and AI tools.
