Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager for the Interdependency Management Office (IMO) in Cork, Ireland, supporting Transcend initiatives and ERP-related interdependencies within Innovative Medicine Supply Chain. The role requires extensive SAP and supply chain experience, with responsibilities spanning intake, triage, assessment, and governance coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of demonstrated ability across supply chain operations, SAP-enabled business processes and/or transformation or program delivery.
• Functional SAP background (S/4HANA or ECC) in supply chain processes such as order to cash, procure to pay, plan to produce and master data.
• Working knowledge of end-to-end supply chain (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver), including external manufacturing and intercompany flows.
• Experience running a repeatable operational process (intake, tracking, reporting) with rigor and attention to data quality.
• Demonstrated ability to turn complex multi-functional issues into concise recommendations for senior leaders.
• Ability to influence without authority in a matrixed organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and SharePoint; working knowledge of Power BI or similar; comfortable using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end interdependency intake, triage and functional assessment.
• Maintain the IMO register, including data quality, ownership and status through closure.
• Coordinate with Transcend and governance teams to ensure timely assessments and decisions.
• Develop and sustain relationships with R&D, Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Quality and Finance functions.
• Document reusable assessment frameworks and playbooks for the IMO.
