Job summary

Danone Nutricia Wexford is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to deliver comprehensive HR support across operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and performance management.

You will partner with plant leadership to foster a high-performance culture, ensure legal compliance, and implement HR processes that support safety, quality and engagement within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Third-Level degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• CIPD qualification advantageous.
• 3+ years in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment law.
• Experience with HR systems: SuccessFactors, CoreHR/PeopleXD.
• Experience in employee relations and industrial relations.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, across levels.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Operations experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as HR Business Partner for Operations, providing strategic and operational HR support to manufacturing, maintenance and engineering leaders.
• Partner with managers to drive a high-performance culture focused on safety, quality, performance and engagement.
• Coach leaders on employee relations, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management and performance improvement.
• Provide guidance on employment law, policies and HR best practice.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and selection activities for operational roles.
• Analyse HR metrics like absenteeism, turnover and labour costs to identify trends and propose actions.
• Develop talent, succession plans and career pathways for key positions.
• Drive performance management with clear objectives and regular feedback.
• Support changes, restructures and continuous improvement in manufacturing.
• Collaborate with union representatives and employee forums to maintain positive relations.
