Hero Recruitment Group is supporting a leading medical device manufacturer in Galway to source an experienced HR Manager / Senior HR Business Partner. This on-site role leads the HR function, reporting to global HR, shaping people strategy, culture and organisational effectiveness during a pivotal period for the business.

Qualifikationen

• 8–10 years' progressive HR experience, including HRBP or HR leadership experience
• Experience in manufacturing, medical device or engineering environments is a strong plus
• Broad, hands-on HR generalist skillset with both strategic and detail focus
• Global or cross-cultural HR experience is a plus, especially exposure to Asia or the US
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR compliance
• Level 8 degree minimum; CIPD and/or Master's preferred

• Act as the lead HR partner to the Site Leadership Team, driving people strategy, workforce planning and organisational effectiveness
• Own talent management, succession planning and the annual performance cycle
• Lead compensation and rewards activity, including benchmarking, job evaluations and merit reviews
• Provide hands-on employee relations support and guidance across the site
• Champion culture, engagement and capability-building as the site grows
• Manages 2 direct reports
