Job summary

Based on-site in Waterford, this role requires 8+ years in HR, strong IR/ER experience, and excellent stakeholder engagement. You will drive change, succession planning, and employee wellbeing in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• Degree in HR or Business or equivalent as required.
• Minimum 8+ years HR experience, ideally in life sciences or regulated manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Industrial Relations and Employee Relations; union engagement is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic HR Partner to designated Business Units, shaping plans and executing organisational strategy.
• Partner with senior leaders to drive HR initiatives and policy implementation.
• Ensure HR policies comply with Irish employment law.
• Provide guidance on Employee Relations matters, investigations, and disciplinary processes.
• Lead change management initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Support succession planning and internal mobility across teams.
• Assist in salary planning, HR budget, and headcount planning.
