Job summary

BD in Ireland is seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to join the Enniscorthy manufacturing site on a fixed-term assignment of approximately 12 months, starting in December, to cover a maternity leave.

This role requires a high-impact HR leadership capability with hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, supporting a workforce of 400+ employees and driving employee engagement, organizational effectiveness and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Significant HR Generalist/HRBP experience in manufacturing or production.
• Experience supporting large employee populations (400+).
• Strong employment law knowledge and ER expertise.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive people strategy.

Responsibilities

• Advise site leaders on all people-related matters.
• Lead HR processes: talent, succession, performance management, development, compensation.
• Drive workforce planning and talent engagement initiatives.
• Coach leaders and calibrate performance and talent.
• Foster inclusion, employee experience, and continuous improvement.
