Danone is seeking an HR Business Partner for our Wexford site in Ireland. You will provide comprehensive HR support to manufacturing, maintenance and engineering leaders, driving a high-performance culture while focusing on safety, quality and employee engagement.

You will coach leaders on employee relations, manage recruitment and onboarding for technical roles, analyse HR metrics and support change initiatives.

Formación

• Third-Level degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• CIPD qualification is an advantage.
• 3+ years in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment law.
• Experience with HR systems (SuccessFactors, CoreHR/PeopleXD).
• Experience in employee relations and industrial relations.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• MS Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Act as HR Business Partner for the Operations function, providing strategic and operational HR support to manufacturing, maintenance and engineering leaders.
• Collaborate with managers to drive a high-performance culture focused on safety, quality, performance and engagement.
• Coach leaders on employee relations, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management and performance improvement.
• Guide on employment law, policies and HR best practices.
• Support recruitment, selection and onboarding for operational and technical roles.
• Analyse HR metrics and identify trends to inform actions.
• Develop talent, succession plans and career pathways for key roles.
• Drive performance management processes with clear objectives and feedback.
• Support organisational change, restructures and continuous improvement in manufacturing.
• Work with unions and employee forums to maintain positive relations.
