Job summary

Morgan McKinley partners with a long-established Irish manufacturing business to appoint an experienced HR Manager. You will own a standalone HR function, partner with senior leaders, and guide the organisation through significant transformation including a new facility and ERP implementation.

The role is fully on-site across North Dublin with limited flexibility. You will drive leadership capability, people strategies, and compliance across a diverse workforce.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record leading teams through organizational change or major projects.
• Standalone HR leadership in manufacturing, FMCG, logistics, or similar environments.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to coach managers and influence senior leadership.
• Action-oriented, pragmatic, and comfortable in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the standalone HR function across two production sites during a 2–3 year transformation window.
• Provide strategic HR guidance and operational support to managers and senior leaders.
• Drive leadership development, performance management, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Oversee HR operations, payroll oversight, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead change management around new technology adoption and ERP rollout.
