Job summary

Ethos Care Group in Athlone, Ireland is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our expanding team. You will partner with nursing home management to deliver people strategies that support service delivery and compliance.

Key responsibilities include employee relations, performance coaching, and collaborating with recruitment to meet staffing needs. The role requires a relevant HR qualification and at least four years of HR experience in a regulated sector.

Qualifications

• A relevant HR or Business qualification.
• At least 4 years progressive HR experience.
• Experience managing complex ER/IR matters.
• Experience owning HR KPI’s and driving positive change.
• Experience as HR Business Partner or Manager is desirable but not required.
• Experience in a regulated sector is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own employee relations cases within assigned nursing homes.
• Ensure HR activities comply with best practice, HIQA and WRC requirements.
• Use data to drive improvements in engagement and retention.
• Partner with the business on strategic initiatives.
• Train and coach managers to manage teams effectively.
• Partner with recruitment to meet staffing needs.
