Job summary

Platinum Homecare is seeking a senior HR Manager to lead the full HR lifecycle and act as a strategic partner to senior leadership. You will shape the HR strategy, develop people programs, and ensure compliance with GDPR and employment law across Ireland.

The role reports to the CEO and is onsite in Blanchardstown, Dublin 15. You will collaborate with regional managers, drive talent acquisition and development, and foster a positive culture focused on growth, professionalism and care for

Qualifications

• Strong communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading an HR function and mentoring a team.
• Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategy across a multi-region business.
• Knowledge of employment law, GDPR, and people policies.
• Comfort with data analysis and HR systems to drive improvements.
