AstraZeneca invites applications for a senior HR partnering role based in Ireland to translate people insights into strategic decisions. You will coach leaders, shape workforce planning, and implement AI-enabled HR processes to improve speed and quality across the business.

Collaborate with HRBPs, HR Services and CoEs to deliver a seamless One HR experience, supporting a culture of inclusion, learning and high performance for leaders and teams.

Qualifications

• Able to coach managers on day-to-day workforce concerns.
• Accomplished in managing and influencing senior leaders and HR leaders.
• Skilled at interpreting HR policy and guiding managers appropriately.
• Capable of delivering defined HR projects and activities as part of a team.
• Builds relationships quickly across the organisation and maintains strong communication.
• Differentiated skill in using digital platforms, optimising processes and generating data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Generalist HR Partnership: Provide timely policy interpretation, coaching and advice to managers, enabling sound decisions on performance, attendance, reward and talent matters.
• People Cycles Execution: Deliver performance, reward, talent forums and data submissions with accuracy and consistency.
• Operational HR Navigation: Resolve manager queries, guide case navigation and apply HR frameworks consistently to reduce risk and improve manager confidence.
• Employee Relations Case Management: Manage ER cases outside the risk-based model, coaching managers and escalating appropriately as risk profiles change.
• Talent and Reward Delivery: Manage talent appointments and off-requisition offers; prepare people insights for talent reviews and workforce planning to strengthen pipelines and succession.
• Strategic Workforce Planning: Gather inputs, prepare data and actions, and partner with HRBPs to operationalise plans that align capability and capacity with future demand.
• People Insights and Reporting: Provide accurate data, dashboards and commentary to inform decisions, highlighting workforce risks, themes and trends that matter.
• Process Simplification and Digital Optimisation: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline workflows; support adoption of global tools and AI-enabled processes to increase speed and quality.
• Enterprise Offerings Adoption: Contextualise L&D, Inclusion & Diversity, Reward, Talent and Wellbeing offerings for the business area; drive manager and team uptake.
• Learning, Inclusion and Leadership Development: Translate enterprise programs into functional plans; coach managers to uplift capability and inclusive leadership.
• Team Effectiveness Facilitation: Lead or facilitate team effectiveness interventions, culture discussions and engagement sessions below leadership team level.
• One HR Collaboration: Work closely with HRBPs, HR Services, CoEs and other Solutions colleagues to ensure a connected, consistent experience for leaders and teams.
• Stakeholder Relationship Building: Build deep understanding of the business and become a trusted partner for senior managers and a reliable connector into HR expertise.
