AstraZeneca Ireland is seeking an HR professional to partner with leaders, coach managers, and drive data-driven HR practices across the business area. You will report to a Global HR Solutions Manager and work day to day with Global HR Business Partners, HR Services and Centers of Expertise to deliver a seamless “One HR” experience that accelerates business performance.

Qualifications

• Coaching managers on day-to-day workforce concerns.
• Advanced stakeholder management with senior leaders.
• Interpret HR policy and guide managers accordingly.
• Deliver HR projects and activities as part of a team.
• Strong communication and relationship-building across the organisation.
• Digital, data and insights capability to drive decisions.
• Identify and implement HR process improvements.
• Generate workforce insights to support decision-making.
• HR discipline knowledge across ER, Reward, or Talent.
• Learning agility and ability to adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely policy interpretation, coaching and advice to managers.
• Deliver performance, reward, talent forums and data submissions.
• Resolve manager queries and apply HR frameworks to reduce risk.
• Manage ER cases beyond risk-based models with coaching.
• Oversee talent appointments, offers and workforce planning data.
• Partner with HRBPs to align capability with future demand.
• Provide dashboards and commentary on workforce risks and trends.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and adopt AI-enabled processes.
