Job summary

Culture Entertainment PTE. LTD. is seeking a Personnel/Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations, policy development, and workforce planning. You will drive recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development across the company.

You will provide guidance on compliance with relevant regulations, manage payroll coordination and HRIS, and supervise HR staff while shaping engagement initiatives and talent development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, management or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant HR experience.
• Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, and HR best practices.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Experience in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR management systems.
• Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and review HR policies and management strategies.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning to support growth.
• Manage performance, training, career development, and succession planning.
• Oversee payroll coordination, compensation, benefits, leave management, and records.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation and MOM regulations.
• Provide HR advice to senior leadership on workforce planning and engagement.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievance resolution.
• Prepare HR reports, manpower plans, and departmental budgets.
• Supervise HR and administrative staff for day-to-day operations.
• Develop employee engagement and retention initiatives.
