You will manage employee relations, support talent management initiatives, maintain HR systems and generate monthly HR statistics for senior management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years HR experience in a generalist or broad HR role
• HR best practice and employee relations experience
• Experience with HR data management, reporting and analysis

Responsibilities

• Act as a key contact for managers and employees, providing proactive HR support
• Support performance management, employee relations, and investigations
• Maintain HR systems and payroll-related data in line with schedules
• Develop and administer staff retention, recognition and development initiatives
