Job summary

Sky Handling Partner Ltd is seeking an HR Generalist to provide guidance and support to business managers across HR disciplines, ensuring compliance with policies and employment law. You will foster positive employee relations, support performance management, and lead talent initiatives to drive engagement and business success.

You will act as a trusted advisor, managing employee relations, HR systems, reporting, onboarding, and payroll-related changes, while collaborating with department heads

Qualifications

• HR Degree, BA Hons.
• CIPD qualification or part-qualified and progressing toward CIPD.
• 3+ years HR experience in a generalist role.
• HR best practice and employee relations.
• Proficiency in MS Office programs.
• Experience with HR data management, reporting, and analysis.
• Experience in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Experience partnering with department heads.
• Eligible to work in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage employee relations with department managers.
• Provide HR guidance on policies, procedures, and initiatives.
• Support managers on performance matters to ensure HR policy compliance.
• Identify and develop top talent through structured programmes.
• Assist onboarding of high-calibre candidates.
• Support performance appraisal systems across departments.
• Maintain HR IT systems and accurate employee records.
• Produce monthly HR Scorecard for executives.
• Generate payroll data for joiners, leavers and changes.
